Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 October 2026. A lawyer should review this before you rely on it. It describes how CoachRa handles information in this app.
What we store
Your name, email, password (stored as a hash, not the password itself), and the workspace you create. Inside a workspace, coaches store leads, clients, notes, packages, tasks, check-in answers, and drafts. Check-ins can include weight and measurements if a coach asks for them.
Why
We store it to run the account, keep one coach’s data separate from another’s, send verification and password emails, and show the coach their own pipeline. We do not sell lead lists.
Who else sees it
People you invite to the workspace can see what their role allows. If email delivery, card checkout, or an AI provider is turned on, those companies receive only what is needed for that job. The AI key stays on the server. Instagram and TikTok are not connected, so those companies do not receive messages from this app.
How long
The data stays while the account exists. Deleting the account removes the login. A workspace with no one else left is deleted with it. Backups, if the host keeps them, may take a short time to expire.
Your choices
You can update your profile in Settings, or delete the account there. Leads can ask the coach to correct or remove their details. The coach is responsible for the information they type in about other people.
