Terms of Service
Last updated 27 October 2026. These terms are a starting point for CoachRa. A lawyer should review them before you rely on them.
What you are buying
CoachRa is software that helps a coach keep track of people who asked about coaching, follow-ups, and payments the coach records. It does not send Instagram, TikTok, or SMS messages. It does not give medical, nutrition, or training advice.
Your account
You must give a real email and keep your password private. You are responsible for what you and your teammates do in the workspace. Do not upload someone else’s private information unless you have a right to keep it.
Messages you send
Drafts stay in review until you approve them. If you send an email, you are responsible for the words. CoachRa does not promise that a draft is accurate, kind, or legal to send.
Plans and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page. A new workspace can start a 14-day Pro trial. Client payments you record are separate from the CoachRa subscription. If card checkout is not set up, the app will say so instead of charging anyone.
Ending it
You can delete your account in Settings. If you are the only person in a workspace, that workspace is deleted with the account. We may suspend an account that is used to break the law or to harm other people.
Limits
The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, CoachRa is not liable for lost leads, lost income, or messages you chose to send. Some places do not allow those limits, and those places keep their own rules.
